Oregon PSR co-sponsors- Painful Odyssey-featuring Brian Wilson. Painful Odyssey is a speaking event featuring long time peace and social justice activist Brian Willson. Brian is a Vietnam veteran who has dedicated his life to "non-violent activism against Empire." In 1986, he was run over by a munitions train while protesting the murderous US involvement in Latin America, particularly Nicaragua. Brian lost his legs as a result of this horrific incident, but he has continued to struggle for peace and social justice in Latin America and the world.
